I'm simply sending this email out again with just a little more information for a few reasons.
I truly believe in the usefulness of understanding our subtle bodies and wanted to share some benefits.

First off, to me, the information below describes exactly what you can expect from this series, which will be us taking a complex system, breaking it into bite size pieces to allow us to absorb and apply what we discover about our chakras and ourselves.
Plus, I am f***ing tired! In every way. Physically, emotionally, energetically, you name it. And if you know me from my old teaching days, you know overexertion is a habit of mine. I used to deplete myself by being at the studio often from 5am-9pm, sometimes teaching 8-10 group or private lessons a day and by energetically taking on what my students were wanting to heal.
This was fine for a little while, especially since I loved what I was doing... that is until it wasn't. My depletions showed up as illness and injury over and over again.
Remember what I say "lesson's will be repeated until learned."
Unfortunately, sometimes the hard way.
So here I am, setting boundaries in my life (personally, emotionally, romantically, energetically...)
Today, I sat staring at this screen trying to think of something new to say to you about the importance of diving deeper into our subtle bodies when I realized, I don't need to deplete myself trying to convince you, I need to show you.
Personally, I can feel that my energy is low right now, understandably so. Without oversharing too much, let's just say there's a lot going on in my world.
I will admit, however, that this is the first time I've ever been grateful for this dip in my energy. I know it's on reserve for what's important and instead of thinking like I used, which was that EVERYTHING is important and that I need to keep all of these balls in the air, I'm going to let some fall... and it's going to be ok.
Instead of depleting myself trying to come up with new words to sell you this series (again, which I TRULY believe in), I'm going to let my own healing speak.
Instead of trying to be perfect, trying to do it all, I'm going to fail, fall short, embrace the mess.
Another important lesson that I've learned, one that I mentioned in a previous email was that it's not my place, (no matter how kind, helpful or loving) to take on your pain, your discomfort, your energy. It's my place to guide you with the tools I've learn but then to do nothing more but hold space for you as you move through your own feelings, your own healing.
Now, if this sounds like something you do; overexert yourself, try to be perfect, take on other peoples energy. If you identify as an Empath. I hear you. I feel you. I've been there. I promise, this series will help you with that.

Our first 10 session series will cover Chakras and the Subtle Body. Chakras are balls/wheels of energy felt throughout the subtle/energetic body, typically located where nerve gangli reside.
