Service Description

Plan a Workshop/Mini Retreat with your friends, family, and/or coworkers (Groups of 7-10; price per person.) Feeling the need for a moment of rest, relaxation, and restoration? Or perhaps you're experiencing a lack of motivation, desire, and drive? Does your work or social community feel disconnected, dissatisfied, and overwhelmed? This retreat offers an excellent opportunity to unplug from hectic lives and recharge by immersing ourselves in all things health & wellness. Take a pause for your holistic health, wellness & well-being: ✨ Gather your friends, family, and/or coworkers for some Zen. ✨ Experience a diverse range of wellness modalities such as Coaching, Yoga, Bodywork, Reiki, and Meditation. ✨ Need to enhance teamwork and productivity? Personal and professional goal setting is a great starting point. These sessions are available in-studio or on-site, with a travel fee added to locations over 15 miles from the studio. While we may not be able to eliminate all the stress from our daily lives, you can create a culture and environment that prioritizes your health and well-being. Cancellation Policy

Wellness Services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If there is a reschedule, refund or cancellation request, please do so within 24 hours of appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. This frees up the time slot for students on the waitlist. Late cancellations are those that not occur within 24 hours of appointments. Your account will be charged as if you had attended. Refunds can be requested for sessions, if 24 hour cancellation window has not closed, minus 3% processing fee. Coupon Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
