Service Description

Indulge in a rejuvenating 8-hour retreat designed for groups of up to 30 people. Schedule a Workshop/Mini Retreat with your friends, family, or coworkers Feeling the need for a moment of rest, relaxation, and restoration? Or perhaps you're experiencing a lack of motivation, desire, and drive? Is your work or social community feeling disconnected, dissatisfied, and overwhelmed? This retreat offers the perfect opportunity to unplug from hectic routines and recharge by immersing ourselves in all things health & wellness. Take a holistic pause for your well-being: ✨ Gather your friends, family, or coworkers for a Zen experience. ✨ Explore a diverse array of wellness modalities including Coaching, Yoga, Bodywork, Reiki, and Meditation. ✨ Seeking to enhance teamwork and productivity? Personal and professional goal setting is an ideal starting point. Sessions are available either in-studio or on-site, with a travel fee applied to locations exceeding 15 miles from the studio. While we can't eliminate all stress from our lives, we can create a culture and environment that prioritizes health and well-being, leading to increased satisfaction and productivity. Cancellation Policy

Wellness Services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If there is a reschedule, refund or cancellation request, please do so within 24 hours of appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. This frees up the time slot for students on the waitlist. Late cancellations are those that not occur within 24 hours of appointments. Your account will be charged as if you had attended. Refunds can be requested for sessions, if 24 hour cancellation window has not closed, minus 3% processing fee. Coupon Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
