Whatever Nicole did, sending Reiki vibes my way worked! I went from having the fertility office suggest cancelling an upcoming IVF appointment to having six follicles that are ready for retrieval.

This was my first reiki session and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Nicole guided me through the experience and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed to give and receive energy. Nicole is very gifted at her craft and genuinely cares about her clients throughout each session, before and after. I can't wait for my next session!

Nicole doesn’t just know the poses – she understands the human body. My hips were destroyed from sports, and surgery left me with flexibility issues. Nicole found counter-intuitive movements that worked magic, released the muscles, and made my hips looser than they’ve been in years! Even my
physical therapist couldn’t deliver the relief she did!

Nourish Your Mind: Nourish Your Life
Supervised Integrative Mental Health Counseling
Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of guiding numerous individuals in embracing a more serene, authentic life in harmony with their true selves. The path of self-discovery can be challenging, and I'm here to serve as your companion, your pillar of support, and your haven of comfort and encouragement.
Recognizing that a singular theoretical approach is may not be suitable for everyone, I discovered that the most effective way to embrace change is by integrating various methods. My approach is first and foremost Person-Centered. I am not the authority over your life - you are. I believe in you and your ability to heal, to grow, and to become who you authentically are. I’m simply here to support and empower you through this process.

My approach to supporting you through this process is holistic and integrative, creating a tailored experience that honors the unique needs and strengths of each client. I offer a multitude of resources to help you find what resonates with you, aiding you in uncovering your true self and discerning the essential aspects of your life while letting go of what no longer serves you.
My journey into mental health counseling has been profoundly shaped by a lifelong passion for wellness and personal growth. With a specialization in trauma and crisis, I have spent over a decade immersed in the world of health and well-being, building a diverse skill set that includes Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Yoga, Integrative Therapeutic Bodywork, Reiki, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology-Based Health & Wellness Coaching, and Brainspotting. This rich foundation informs my holistic (whole person), integrative approach, allowing me to draw from a wide array of tools and techniques to support the mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of my clients, particularly in times of trauma and crisis.
In our work together, I strive to create a compassionate space where you can explore your inner landscape and reconnect with your most authentic self. By integrating the principles of attachment theory, humanistic approaches, Internal Family Systems (parts work), Jungian theory, and narrative therapy, I help clients uncover and rewrite the stories that shape their lives. My Person-Centered approach ensures that you remain at the heart of the therapeutic process, guiding our work together with your own insights and experiences. Through this integrative lens, I adapt to your evolving needs, whether you are seeking to navigate the challenges of trauma, find greater meaning, or simply reconnect with your inner truth.
My commitment is to walk alongside you on your journey, supporting you in embracing all aspects of yourself, both the light and the shadows. I cannot wait to walk this path with you, finding the way forward with compassion, care, and a truly holistic, integrative approach.

“It is said that before entering the sea
a river trembles with fear.
She looks back at the path she has traveled,
from the peaks of the mountains,
the long winding road crossing forests and villages.
And in front of her,
she sees an ocean so vast,
that to enter
there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.
But there is no other way.
The river can not go back.
Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.
The river needs to take the risk
of entering the ocean
because only then will fear disappear,
because that’s where the river will know
it’s not about disappearing into the ocean,
but of becoming the ocean.” - Khalil Gibran
