Integrative Therapeutic Bodywork, traditionally administered on a floor mat with clients fully clothed, is a comprehensive whole-body treatment. This approach combines passive stretching, assisted stretching techniques, and joint movement with various touch techniques, working along energy meridians known as "sen" in Thai. The treatment unfolds as a graceful, nurturing, and interactive dance, tailored to the unique condition of each individual. Incorporating Therapeutic Somatic Yoga's hands-on assists, these sessions aim to enhance range of motion, mobility, and realign fascial structures. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques are integrated to reset your body's firing mechanisms, preventing injuries and promoting efficient bodily function. Cancellation Policy

Wellness Services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If there is a reschedule, refund or cancellation request, please do so within 24 hours of appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. This frees up the time slot for students on the waitlist. Late cancellations are those that not occur within 24 hours of appointments. Your account will be charged as if you had attended. Refunds can be requested for sessions, if 24 hour cancellation window has not closed, minus 3% processing fee. Coupon Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
