Private or semi-private yoga sessions deepens an existing practice while also helping beginners grow confidence in theirs. -Develop a practice tailored to your individual needs -Personal instruction is an invaluable tool for students of all levels -Personal sessions are the best way to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest When you work with me, one on one, your practice and connection to yourself evolves. This personal guidance assists you in understanding the mechanics of your individual body, being and mind. Prenatal, Children's and Teen's Yoga Sessions available.

Cancellation Policy

Wellness Services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If there is a reschedule, refund or cancellation request, please do so within 24 hours of appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. This frees up the time slot for students on the waitlist. Late cancellations are those that not occur within 24 hours of appointments. Your account will be charged as if you had attended. Refunds can be requested for sessions, if 24 hour cancellation window has not closed, minus 3% processing fee. Coupon Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
