Our highly acclaimed signature sessions, "Beyond Brain & Body," are meticulously crafted to offer holistic, personalized, and dynamic experiences. These sessions are tailored to guide you in exploring wellness modalities aligned with your goals, resulting in the creation of a personalized I.M.A.G.I.N.E.action™ plan, aimed at reconnecting you with your authentic self. In a Beyond Brain & Body session, you will: ✨ Develop a comprehensive health and wellness I.M.A.G.I.N.E.action™ plan. ✨ Engage in multi-modality care addressing your entire being. ✨ Establish your desired physical health practice, such as yoga or running. ✨ Receive personalized nutritional support and accountability. ✨ Balance chakras by tapping into your energetic body. ✨ Acquire stress management tools, including meditation and mindfulness. ✨ Explore somatic healing through techniques like myofascial release, therapeutic bodywork, and yoga therapeutics. For a more holistic, in-depth, approach, I'd recommend 5 - 12 sessions, however, you are welcome to choose what's best for you because one session is a great place to start. Throughout our sessions, you'll pinpoint essential steps to elevate your overall health and well-being. This transformative path merges a tailored workbook with the flexibility of holistic health sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Wellness Services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If there is a reschedule, refund or cancellation request, please do so within 24 hours of appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. This frees up the time slot for students on the waitlist. Late cancellations are those that not occur within 24 hours of appointments. Your account will be charged as if you had attended. Refunds can be requested for sessions, if 24 hour cancellation window has not closed, minus 3% processing fee. Coupon Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
