Yoga can be used as a therapeutic tool for many physical and mental responses

Yoga, from a therapeutic perspective, explores a deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology, plus the integration of Eastern & Western methodologies.

Mind-body research is now demonstrating Yoga's effectiveness as a treatment for persistent pain, mental responses, cardiovascular disease and so much more.

In this workshop we will explore specific yoga techniques to help you reduce symptoms you may be experiencing by personalizing the asanas to meet you where you are at in every moment of every day.

This workshop is aimed to assist students to develop or deepen your practice by discovering the cues, alignments, and subtle shifts that work for you, which will allow you to navigate physically demanding lifestyles, sedentary lifestyles, mental responses, ailments, or injuries.

Non-members can select a workshop ticket with a discounted guest pass included and use all the luxurious amenities (sauna, steam room, pools, etc...) This day pass is discounted by 50% for workshop attendees.

This in-depth workshop can count towards Continual Education hours through Yoga Alliance. Certificate of completion is available upon request.
