About the Event
Spring is a time of planting seeds.Â
It's the coming out of the hibernation of Winter, seeing what's survived the frost, cultivating the soil and planting our seeds of intention, allowing us to possess an intentional idea of where we want to direct our energy.Â
Hop on the mat to to till the soil (our bodies) with some Myofascial Release, practice a physical combination of Yin and Yang Yoga, and receive Holy Fire Reiki, then plant our seeds by setting our intentions during Mindfulness Meditation and a fire ceremony.Â
