Private Event

Let's anchor into a moment of peace, tranquility, connection, and friendship by coming together to celebrate a sweet friend's birthday. 

During this private event we will send loving, kindness energy to one another by deeply caring for ourselves through yoga, reiki, and mediation. 

By praticing a gentle yoga flow paired with deep stretch poses, we can allow our bodies to come to a deep place of balance and connectedness. This will allow us to open up our energetic channels to send loving energy to our sweet friend and one another, followed by receiving energetic rebalancing through reiki and restorative poses. Here you may notice colors, images, or physical sensations to bring you to a deeply meditative place of peace and tranquility.
