About the Event
Join me on the mat (in person) practicing different modalities such as yoga, meditation and reiki to tap into a wellspring of self love that resides within. This will be deep work so space is limited to only 5 students.
Remember all trainings, workshops and zenshops through Nicole Starr Studios count towards continual education hours through Yoga Alliance. Certificate of completion available upon request.
