About the Event
One of the biggest challenges about creating healthy, wellness habits is keeping the momentum going. It takes 21 days to form a habit. Let’s keep each other accountable, join in community and build towards a state of well-being.
Start 2022 off with some chill by joining me every morning for 5 minutes of Zen. This might include some physical yoga stretches, pranayama (breathwork,) meditation or something entirely different.
Come as you are; imperfect, messy, bedhead, morning breath… I certainly will.
Just show up.
