Yogis May Be Flexible But
Our Schedules Are Not

Online classes are a great way to get your Asana Mat

Online Classes focus on Yoga from a therapeutic perspective, that incorporate other wellness modalities such as

  • Breath Work

  • Energy Work

  • Myofascial Release

  • Well-Being Coaching

  • Mindfulness Meditation

These classes often encourage longer holds, flowing at your own pace, with your own breath. Not easier, by any means, just more personalized. The group classes I offer are typically a fundamental, therapeutic approach to either a Vinyasa Flow, Gentle, Yin or Restorative Yoga class or combination of all three with other wellness modalities, sprinkled about. In all classes I offer lots of different options to allow the practice to suit your individual body, preferences and intentions.

I have been teaching yoga for over a decade now and have been practicing for well over 13 years. Please know I am a teacher first but student always. I have studied many different wellness modalities. I'm simply here to offer you what I hold to be my "truth" so you can discover yours. Listen to your body, your greatest teacher.

"Nicole leads a well planned class that allows each individual student to grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually." - John Campbell
